Goods text is quoted from the USPTO record and shortened where marked “…”. Classes listed are international classes. A dash (—) means no registration has issued.

Mark type matters. A standard-character mark covers the wording itself, in any font or style. A stylized or design (logo) mark is registered as shown, and how far it reaches to the same words in plain text is fact-specific. A trademark attorney can tell you how it applies to your design.

About this check. This page lists only the 5 USPTO records shown above. We picked them from a limited sample of search results (the top 100 results per phrase search, when a common phrase can have thousands of related filings) and verified each one on its USPTO TSDR status page. Other filings, live or dead, may exist. Where this page says "none," it means none in the records we checked.

What it means for your products

Shirts, hats and apparel (class 25). Reg. No. 1875307 covers clothing, namely T-shirts, sweatshirts and caps. It has been renewed three times, most recently on April 1, 2025. Reg. No. 4764071 adds footwear, headwear, pants, shorts and tank tops.

Bags (class 18). Reg. No. 4764071 also covers sport bags and backpacks.

Drinkware (class 21). Reg. No. 4902036 covers bottles sold empty.

Jewelry and posters (classes 14, 16). Serial 99607521 (jewelry) has received a Notice of Allowance. Serial 50086105 (posters, filed Sept. 2, 2026) has completed pre-publication review.

Bottom line. This is a famous mark. Its owner has the resources and history to enforce it, and the TSDR file lists many notices of suit. Parody and "Just Do It" spin-offs are frequent takedown targets. Avoid it on merch.
