Paid plans are sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, tax, receipts, and the customer portal. Access is by license key; there are no accounts or passwords.
Privacy: CSV files are parsed in your browser; only listing titles and tags are sent for matching and are not stored. For paid plans we store your license key (as a one-way hash plus its last 4 characters), the plan and subscription status Lemon Squeezy reports for it, your watched phrases and marks, and your on-site alerts. Lemon Squeezy shares the purchase email with us as part of license and subscription data; we use it only for billing records. We send no alert or login emails. Usage counts are kept per IP (and per license key) per day for rate limiting. If you arrive through a link with a ?ref= tag, we keep that tag in a first-party cookie for 30 days and count visits and scans per tag per day, with no IP address or personal data attached.
